The DTI 5000 Inline Screwfeeder Systems are innovative in design, lightweight, employ rugged quality construction, and use state of the art materials. Most machines have a ROI of six months or less. Please call us for more information at 800-367-3674.
Automatic Pistol Screw Feeder Systems designed to feed and drive any type of fastener. The pistol is lightweight, rugged, and compact to access tight areas in many applications.
Design Tool, Inc. presents the DTI 7000 Single Shot Brass Nailer System. The pneumatic driver is loaded and ready to drive a brass nail straight every time. Pneumatic air is used for the gun and alignment springs line up the brass nail for it to be driven straight. You can adjust the air regulator for the depth of the brass nail.
Design Tool, Inc. manufacturers auto feed systems designed to feed and drive fasteners in the assembly process. This system is assembling brooms automatically with an operator to increase productivity 40-50%

Information on Handhelds, Components, or Turnkey systems.
Fully Automatic or Semi-automatic fastener feeding and driving systems from Design Tool, Inc. provide: The fastest assembly times Multi-axis robotic screwdriving Multiple spindle screwdriving Fully automatic robotic screwdriving with quality control and inspection Single station, standalone systems Fully integrated assembly line stations DC Electric, torque and angle control and monitoring screwdriving Multi-station parts placement and fastening
Each DTI 5000 screwfeeder is designed specifically to the customer's fastener and application. The DTI 5000 can be designed with pistol grip or straight type air screwdrivers with various rpm's and torque, with reverse capabilities. DTI can also build on any brand of screwdriver.
Automatic Screw feeding and screw driving four spindle turnkey system that drives four screws then shifts and drives three more screws. We can do Turnkey systems or build components for your assembly line. Call 800-627-3674 for a quote.
The automatic dispenser system can count screws, bolts, pins, nuts, and other speciality fasteners. This system above is designed to drop a predetermined number of screws into a dispensing cup to be dropped into your hand or a remote location. The operator simply pushes a lever with the heel of their hand and the screws fall into their palm. That same action resets the machine for counting and feeding the next batch of screws. This gives the operator the correct number of screws.
The DTI 8000 Glide Gun Machine automatically feeds and drives plastic or metal glides. Our systems feed and drive the glide straight every time and increase productivity 40-50 percent. The gun body is lightweight in design and can be adjustable for driving power on various hardness of frame material. The operator can feed and drive 50-60 glides per minute.
Design Tool, Inc. introduces the automatic pin nailer systems that feed and drive nails or pins into various applications such as window or skylight construction, LED light fixtures, furniture frame construction, and many other applications. These systems can be designed on various manufacturers nailers, increasing their versatility for applications.
